Q: does this fit the toto drake

It fits my Toto MS964214CEFG ECO Soiree Toilet.

Q: How do you adjust the tank water level using the fill valve? Do you adjust the height of the valve? If so, how? I've been trying with no luck. Thanks.

If you have a Toto toilet, read the instructions and match it to the model number on the inside of the tank or the tank cover.

Q: Does this work on my toto cst776 csg #1?

I don't know for sure. It did work as a replacement for ours but I'm not sure what the model is (not at our home). I will say that the flapper did not work at all though, and we had to buy another generic one to replace it.

Q: Can you also use the kyoko genuine Toto flapper?

You need to check your flapper size. The one in the package was too big so I had to go to Home Depot and get a smaller one.
