I have built quite a lot of sheds in my time without any problems but this one all most gave me a nervous breakdown first thing there was no instructions how to build it I asked for one from the company and got one all the parts didn’t fit me and my grandson built over a week there were parts missing we had to use timber we had the timber they gave us was rubbish very thin there were knots that fell out so we had to fill them with silicone the hinges were just cheep flimsy trying to get the roof to fit was a nightmare to fit after the first heavy rain fall it was totally soaked in side we had a to silicone all the joints inside the shed we left the doors till last there was a 3 inch gap so we had to put some timber over the gap I wish I never bought the damn thing it was a pile off cheap rubbish don’t but it what ever you do

My shed /Studio was delivered within three weeks with no missing parts and we managed to assemble it ourselves. We did replace the windows with thicker perspex as we felt that they were the most vulnerable part. Otherwise the shed is sturdy and after the initial settling in period it is very dry and warm. I am really pleased with the space it provides and feel it was really good value for money. LOVE IT!

arrived on a cold night, all pack clearly identified instructions to build sent in a email. enjoyed building it but it does not clearly label the difference between floor and roof. only hassle I had was the roof did not seem to line up correctly with walls but got there in the end. good looking solid shed very happy with it

Big problem is i still have not received assembly instructions. Old people like me do not have access to , or want , printers. Have asked for instuctions but no joy VERY DISSAPPOINTED. Insructions were included in an email but like i said i have no accsess to a printer.

Shambolic.Extremely poor quality product. 9 / 12 pieces damaged. Replacements only arrived after many phone calls and emails, most of which weren't responded to. Replacement pieces were even worse quality and more damaged than originals. No instructions supplied. Communication skills clearly a problem for employees. Total waste of money as identical item could be found nearly £100 cheaper on other websites. Disgraceful !!!! Will not purchase anything from these people again. Nor would I ever recommend them. Our summer completely ruined by this company/ product. We were unable to get pool and summer activities out due to amount of time wasted chasing this and after 7 weeks, it remains unassembled due to the incredibly poor quality. Seriously disappointed

Instructions difficult to understand and very messy. Parts did not fit and had to rebuild a part that was duplicated. Incredible rubbish product. What is shown on website is great but what you received is nothing like it. Don’t be fooled by nice pictures!!! Will never buy their products again.

Great shed but instructions not the best.

The only people who can write a good review about this product are people who work for the company or market for the company because the product is unbelievably poor quality.The shipment arrived at 2230 hrs at night with no lights to off load the shipment. It was put into the middle of the drive although we asked just to swing it over to the side.Most of the parts weren't labelled as the labels had obviously got wet and broken off, ones that did were stapled through the label so you couldn't read it.The instructions were extremely poor quality and difficult to follow.The panels don't fit together properly and many of the wood panels split.The whole this is extremely cheap and poorly made anyone who has one and says different I would think that they didn't get their product.Spend your money somewhere else, it isn't cheap or get one made for a few hundred pounds more but get one that is decent, isn't falling to bits in 5 minutes.Avoid like Covid.
