Great stur utensil for baking and cooking. Reaches sides of bowls and pans regular utensils can't. Strong and small like I wanted.

These are the best made & most durable spatulas. Others have let us underwhelmed & fallen apart.

These are good quality rubber spatulas. They are a bit stiff but that is what makes them durable. They are unlike a traditional thin flexible white spatula with a wood handle that tears after lots of use. However, because of their stiffness, you won't get a super clean swipe of the bowl (like in the case of cake batter). So, you may want both kinds. We do a lot of cooking/baking and outside of French brands, OXO is our go-to because we know their products are durable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted silicon, but I took these utensils to a high humidity climate. The wood spatula doesn't scrape well enough; a wooden spatula with a plastic or metal handle led to mold in the crevices between the wood and plastic. Not as nice as Sur La Table, but it's practical.Build quality:Sturdy, not very flexible, doesn't melt or burn.

I like the flexibility and flipability of the spatula. Three different sizes are useful in different occasions. Heat resistance is good and easy to clean. I like the hole at the end of the handle that I can hang to store.
