I’ve been having a cup every morning and sometimes after lunch, and wow 🤩 I keep getting compliments that I look slimmer and I think it’s this incredible blend!So far, it’s working well. I like the flavor and blend is nice too and not too overpowering. As for its health benefits, I think this one takes a few cups to notice a difference. Another milk thistle brand I was using had me use the restroom multiple times a day, which was really nice, but too expensive. This one takes a few days and best when paired with other fiber foods. Unfortunately, it does not soothe my bloating, which I was hopeful about. I also tried reusing the same bag, it’s good up until second cup use. Nothing past that. If so, there’s no flavor.

Good tea for detox and good value. No bitterness with this tea.

Taste good, after two weeks i feel good so far

The taste isn’t horrible. It’s drinkable without adding any honey or other sweeteners. I’m not sure if it’s detoxing.

Lol 😅 If you wanting to live in the bathroom, this tea is for you. It is definitely what it says a DETOX, despite TEA in general being a detox drink but not like this because OMG after drinking for a week; I literally spent days back & forth to the bathroom every five mins. I think I lost at least 5-10 lbs but later gained it back because my body weight is unpredictable majority of the time especially after eating. Decent calming effect, good value, and quality.
