Tastes great on it's own with no added sweetner.
I already take milk thistle, among other vitamins, for my liver but my triglycerides even though are slowly coming down are still pretty high. I came across this tea, and I like all kinds, and thought it wouldn't hurt to try it. I love the taste and just ordered a subscription for the 2 pack since I usually often drink 2 cups a day (I just like tea in general). I wish I found it sooner because my blood work is in 2 weeks and I'm not sure that isn't enough time to see if the tea helps with my levels or not but either way I will continue to drink it because it really is good. I've always put honey in my teas but don't need it for this one. It's just sweet enough on its own. I read some reviews of stomach issues but I personally have not had any. I can give an update later after some time to see if I do receive any health benefits from it.

It has a delicate flavor of fennel which I love, and goes down easy. I enjoy it.

Works great for inflammation
My doctor told me I had high cholesterol and wanted to put me on a statin. My hands swelled a lot which is also a sign of a sick liver, so I bought this tea in hopes that it will help straighten things out and it did. I also lost 10 lb of inflammation. I'll be drinking this stuff for the rest of my life.

The tea surprisingly tastes great, but be forewarned that it does have a diuretic effect. Also, important to read the warnings re: milk thistle and allergies.

Ein Träumchenn an Geschmack
Geschmack ist ja unterschiedlich, jedoch ich finde ihn sehr lecker.Die leichte Lakritz Note verleiht dem Tee schon eine angenehme Süße,sodass kein Zucker bzw.. Süßstoff nachgegeben werden muss. Allerdings würde ich ihn auch ohne Süßungsmittel trinken. Die erholsame Wirkung ist noch abzuwarten. Ich habe mir erst 1Tässchen gegönnt, nach der ebrigen Anlieferung. Bei diesem Geschmack trinke ich gerne Tee 🤗
