I have been using this product religiously for the last two years after experiencing the glory at my local salon, where I immediately bought myself a gift set including the conditioner, shampoo & oil... and got hooked. I'm not one to spend impulsively, but this stuff was just THAT good.It is all natural, vegan and cruelty-free, and has a wonderful amber smell. (I often get compliments:) It is great for thick/unruly/curly hair and I love using it. What I love even more is buying it half price on Amazon instead of at the salon (sorry ladies!). The bulk 33.8oz conditioner usually lasts me 4 - 6 much, and I feel the price is reasonable. I also use the conditioning oil and both have become staples in my (typically cheap and conservative) beauty regimen.Unfortunately, the pump on the current bottle I am finishing up now broke about 1/4 til the end of the bottle, which has made it very annoying and messy to use. I've noticed inconsistencies in the quality of the packaging with both this item and the dropper bottles used in the oil, but it isn't enough of an issue to stop using this product. This product is AMAZING and can seriously tame and condition my unruly curls. Highly recommended, treat yourself to the starter kit first to make sure you like it! :)

I have tried lots of shampoos and conditioners and NONE has been as good as ICON for my dry curly hair. This is very concentrated and has a really nice scent. I tend to wear my hair straight most of the time and this conditioner makes it smooth and silky without being oily. The price is great, too. Since it's very concentrated, it should last for a long time and will likely cost me less than half of what I have been paying for high-end salon brands.UPDATE: I still think this is a good product, but I now use the Kevin Murphy product line and it's the best product line I have ever used, bar none. If Kevin Murphy stopped making his products, this would be my second choice.

The smell is CLOVE like but doesn't overly linger. it doesn't say much but as a hairstylist I can tell you if you have curly hair you will probably love this conditioner I constantly color and bleach my hair and the few days after it's extremely dry I utilize this conditioner and it brings it back to softness ASAP I'm a continuous buyer and have been using their product since 2007. I wouldn't suggest this for people with oily hair.

I love this product! Have unruly, very curly long hair and this set angles better than anything. The scent is wonderful~People ask me almost daily what I’m wearing that smells so good. It is expensive, but A bottle lasts me about six months, you only need a couple pumps each use (I use it every day) Highly recommend.

Awesome product, one minor thing or I would have given it a 5 star is that the pump stops working when the bottle gets low.

Love the smell! Very spicy/vanilla awesome. I first got this brand at my salon but then thought (as I think with every product I see at a store now) I should look on Amazon and it was so much cheaper. Lasts forever because a little bit goes a long way for my fine/curly hair. The argan oil helps tame my flyaways.

I just finishing reviewing the I.C.O.N. India Shampoo which received 4 stars. The conditioner is "ok", but it didn't detangle or smooth out my hair (coarse hair) as well as the ICON products I have used in the past. So that received one star removal. The other star was removed due to the pump bottle which stopped dispensing after using about 2/3 of the conditioner. Then, I had to remove the pump and just try to dump product in my hand. This was an extreme pain in the butt. If I bought this again, I would look for a "squeeze" bottle container.
