I am only on day 3 of using this product because of delayed holiday shipping.I do immediately feel a burst or rush of energy that makes me want to get up and exercise. And I've only done one pill, one dose each day. No jittery affects thus far.The rest is to be continued....

Do not buy this. Gave me major anxiety, my stomach hurt so bad, it gave me the runs, and I felt nauseous. I also felt like I was getting a heart attack as well, my heart was racing so fast. I dont know what they put in this, but definitely the side effects are not worth it. I also couldn’t even return it.

I can not continue with this product. I think it does suppress your appetite but it made me feel terrible when I took it. I could only do one dose and even then I still get super nauseas, and that would last all day long! I even tried to use anti nausea medicine and that didn't work either. I'm not sensitive to caffeine, but this made me very jittery. I tried it for a few days hoping my body would adjust, but it didn't and I don't feel comfortable to keep going with it. Sad it didn't work for me.
