It used to be a 5 star but my recent order I’ve had for a week the pills came in clear capsule form instead of the usual black capsule form; usually that’s fine because capsule availability is a thing sometimes manufacturers have to deal with, my issue though is with the medication within; the bottle when opened smelled rotten and putrid; I took one pill and chose to deal with it but it’s overbearing. On top of this the purpose is now lost with this product as it doesn’t seem to work in the sense that it keeps me up instead of relaxing me. I’ll wait to buy these again.

Normally I have liked this supplement and in the past would have given 5 stars. However, the reason for the low rating today is I am very concerned about quality assurance. The bottle appeared the same as always, but the pills inside do not. I have purchased this LIPO6 BLACK NIGHTTIME supplement a couple of times before. They have always been black in color, as the name on the bottle suggests, and look like the pill on the left in my photo. However this time when I opened the bottle the pills inside were all light pink in color. This makes me very concerned that this bottle may have been filled with the wrong supplement. I suspect these may be the daytime supplement distributed from the same company, which have different ingredients and do NOT support sleep. I’m afraid to take these pills at night because they likely do not contain melatonin and may contain caffeine or some other kind of stimulant. I’d like a replacement bottle ASAP please!

I'm unsure if it's working or if it's just because I'm in a calorie deficit. It does help me manage my late night snack cravings. The melatonin does make me sleepy so it helps keep my sleeping regulated. I've lost weight while taking it but I've change physical activities and am in a caloric deficit so it's inevitable that I would be losing weight. as some of the reviews on amazon complain about the pills being different than what they're used to I bought it off of nutrex's website and they are the exact same pills.

This product definitely suppressed my appetite.
