It’s been only one day and I already lost 3lbs and I must admit this stuff is super potent so please make sure you’re not sensitive to caffeine or anything coffee drinkers please don’t drink it while on this pill, your heart rate will go up drastically.. while taking this ℹ experience high levels of energy, and it took a while for me to sleep at night, within the first 30 minutes of taking this pill, I felt very anxious and jitters, please drink plenty of water and stay in a comfortable cool environment because, it will definitely make you feel like you’re having hot flashes, geez but if you can stand all these side effects, you will definitely look and feel better about the scale results but, you will definitely pay the price for looking good, just being honest.

Definitely works, first week it's best to eat something light and hour later or before, causes you to sweat & burn more calories, second week you barely even notice, Definitely lose a half pound daily with exercise, cut down your food intake , drink way more water. It also make you less hungry so you will only eat once a day. But before your major meal try fruit, peanuts etc. To keep your mind off of eating lol

I lost 7 lbs in 3 days becareful on taking these ! I would say limit to once or twice a week day 1 I could not sleep I tossed and turned all night and was only able to sleep for 3 hrs next day woke up and I was -5 lbs. 2nd day I felt jittery could not hold my phone or type on a keyboard my hands were shaky and I felt super hot all day . Day 3 I started to feel nauseous and threw up twice in the morning on a empty stomach had a headache all day felt feverish kept having stomach cramps all day ended up eating chicken noodle soup that made me sick again. Day 4 I had no appetite I was distracted all day and forgot to eat anything

The pill works however I cannot take it due to side effects. I'm overweight and thanks to inflation and co-pays I can't afford the 250 in co-pays the rx medication costs, so I use otc supplements with diet and exercise to try and help. I gained a ton with an abusive relationship and since leaving I have tried getting back to healthy. The pill I was on for 4 months prior worked great and was affordable, however it caused extreme dry mouth the entire time. To the point, I was self conscious to talk to people at work. My lips became super chapped and my no matter how much I drank my mouth stayed dry. So I saw these and the reviews seemed OK so I bought. I'm 2 weeks in and I only take 1 a day. As of today I can't take them anymore. Everyday the same issues. I have tried taking with food, without food, with a full glass of water, 30min before food, 30 min after, you name it I have tried and nothing helps. I even tried taking pesto and other stuff to help. Nada... This pill does give you extreme energy, makes you sweat sitting still, makes you wanna move, and you have no appetite. However, it also causes extreme diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea with vomiting. Even with nothing left to vomit it causes me to dry heave. It starts around an hour after taking and I stay like this for at least 4 to 5 hours after ingested. I work 14 hour shifts as a nurse. There are times I can't get to a restroom. When I'm passing medication or in the middle of an emergency I can't say whoops I gotta go. The other day I literally had to vomit in a patients trash can. 🗑 BEWARE

Day 5 - I am just starting to review this product. I need to loose 10-12 lbs within 3 months and do not want to go through the hassel of these shots. The reviews on this says it was very powerful so I thought lets try it. It was a great price and when I went back in to buy another they were sold out. That is a good sign right? Well I am on Day 5 and let me tell you about Day 1 and 2. WOW. I felt like I was on the episode of Beauty. I did not realize (blonde moment) that these have tons of Caffene in them. I have my morning coldbrew and decided to take it with it. BAD Choice. I felt like I was going to explode. Within 10 minutes my heart was racing, I was sweating but freezing cold. I had to stop what I was doing to lay down. This lasted for about 3 hours. After realizing I could not mix the two caffienes, I decided to take it at night the next day. Bad choice. I was up ALL night. Here were are day 5 and I know how to take it. I drink my caffenine in the morning (7am) - around 12PM I make lunch and take my Lipo-6 with water after ive eaten. This keeps me energized throughout the rest of the day. I then go to the gym around 5pm and sweat. I NEVER SWEAT - let me tell you, i thought I was a weirdo because I NEVER Sweat. This has me sweat. I am down 2 lbs in 5 days. I feel like I have lost more because of inches but its working. You need to figure out your routine, eat healthy and stay with it. I will update on Day 10!

I was skeptical at first I never used these types of products however I can attest to the quality. It’s been 3 days of using the product and I am down 2.4 pounds. I haven’t had any jitters I am also not a caffeine drinker so not sure if that helps to not have jitters

Im going to be writing about this products the next following days to show day by day how are the reactions and the result from this product over a 21 years old, 5.8 ft, 200 pounds girl who do from moderate to sort of extreme rutines in a GYM 4 days a week. Something pretty interesting to metion is that eventhough the box says ONE pill in the sides recommend with red big letters that we can take one in the morning and other in the afternoon which is really confused, but following the last advice, she decided to take 2 pills instead of the big letters says one. Day 1: She took one pill in the morning and later on took her breakfast, not reactions at all. In the middle of the afternoon she did the same and not reactions until late night when headache and dizziness started to a point where she couldnt being wake up for long. Remarks that this day she didnt go to the GYM Day 2: Feeling better, took a pill and 30 minutes later the breakfast, an hour later she went to the GYM and did extreme section of workout including cardio, then in the middle of the afternoon she took another pill and meal, and for the rest of the day she was feeling okay without any bad sympton. Remarks that after this afternoon a fatty flavor was coming to her mouth from her stomach. During the GYM sections she was feeling full of energy and did 2 hours of excersices without getting tired. Day 3: No GYM today due to personal reasons. She took one in the morning and other in the afternoon with their respective food, again, everything fine except the night when she couldnt sleep, her hands were shaking and very strong headache. It was too strong that she decides that wont take more than one in a dailybasis and only she she goes to the GYM so, lets see what happens tomorrow she goes. In terms of pounds, she has got 3 pounds down in only 3 days which is moderate considering what is advertise for this product. Let see what happens the following days, I will keep writing with the results. ********************************************************************************** TL:DR Version, after almost exactly a month (that will be for tomorrow Dec 30) my girlfriend stop using it, the headaches and the others side effects are so persistent and she realized that though she was getting down some pounds, the cons are way too much and if you are determine to lost some weights, try to focus in yourself and dont making any sense to those people that recommend this product. Yes, it pretty does its job but in a way that is not worthy and the results are not something impossible or that anyone can't do without consistence, discipline, a very good diet and probably the most important of all, patience. 3 stars because there would be people that it can deal with the side effects and it does the job of lose weight. but is nothing inpossible.

Didn’t really feel any difference, but that’s not a bad thing. I would rather the effects be mild than severe. Doesn’t make me feel jittery, and it does curb my appetite. I’m still taking them.
