Absolutely Perfect
I wanted a device that would allow me to split multiple headphones with seperate volume controls. This little black box does exactly that. And FLAWLESSLY! I used this with both low and high impedance headphones and they all work great. This thing is built like a brick as well. I have accidently dropped this spillter a few times, and nothing has happened or broke.
