Very nice
Bought this for use at home. It works very well, for what I use it with and for. Screen quality is great. I have not noticed touch screen capability at all. I don't use it for gaming at all. Thank you.

excellent for the price
I bought it for my children who are taking online classes and I really love it, it got me out of a lot of trouble .. I really recommend it a lot .. in a few days I will buy another because I have 2 children and well with this covid-19 is really hard to make money .. but definitely in my plans to buy another.

No Operating System
Computer was listed as a new computer. When I received it, it was obvious it was used. I called Amazon and they told me it was used. I have the original posting and receipt stating it was new. They argued with me and wouldn’t acknowledge it was supposed to be new. I offered to send amazon a copy of my receipt saying it was new. They didn’t want it.The computer wouldn’t load.. I had amazon tech support try to help. They said it didn’t have an operating system. I was very disappointed. It was an effort to get the computer returned and a refund.I finally got in touch with an amazon representative Paul, who was very helpful. He set up the return and refund.

Good while it lasted....
It was a good laptop while it lasted - less than a year. Now the screen just blanks periodically and shuts down for no apparent reason. I would expect it to last longer than 11 months....
