Why did you pick this product vs others?:Absolutely amazing quality. I love this much more than I have ever like any chickpea flours from the grocery store. I like to bake cookies, flatbreads, and use it in recipes and a thickner. It gives food more flavor in an earthy and savory way. Super delicious and easy to use.

Finely ground garbanzo flour
Very versatile, high protein flour replacement, I use it in my recipes. Taste good mix as well. very fine ground-versatile can be used in cookies, pancakes, baking, falafel, etc.

Full of protein and nice product
To me there's not much of a taste to Besan but I really like it in stews and soups as a thickener that has good nutrition in protein. I subscribe to this product

Too expensive for the size. Only got it from here as I was unable to go out and get it.

Using with black salt for scrambled egg substitute
Bought this for a single purpose, to make as a scrambled egg substitute (with black salt) for spouse on elimination diet. This is close enough to make an excellent scrambled egg substitute. The quality is too good for me to even think of looking for a different gluten free, egg free option here. Also used as thickner with almond milk to sub for cream in baked cauliflower dish--superb there too. 2 keys, with scrambled egg substitute it must sit mixed with water and black salt for 10 minutes before cooking (removes the bitterness), in all uses, it must be thoroughly cooked to rid it of any aftertaste.
