MDHChana Masala (500g/17.5 Oz)

Despite having been taught how to cook Indian food by a famous Indian cookery book author, I have often failed to get exactly the flavour I want. I think the spice blends (garam masala, for example) sold in Western supermarkets sometimes aren't quite right. This particular product, MDH Chana Masala, was recommended to me by an Indian friend of mine, and when I tried it, I was delighted. Finally I had discovered the particular flavour I associate with the delicious food I've eaten in Indian restaurants! I do not only use this for chickpea dishes, I use it in many different Indian dishes. Highly recommended.

I really love this spice mix. Whenever I make a batch of this Chana Masala, my house smells wonderful for days. I originally found this mix at my local Asian market, but when they ran out, I luckily found it here.

This stuff is fantastic on vegetables! It really spices up my diet and no gluten.

Great mix of spices. Goes really with with chickpeas.
