Lifesaver for Showering with a Hand Injury
I recently had surgery on my wrist and was dreading the hassle of keeping my cast dry in the shower—until I found this waterproof hand cast cover. It’s been an absolute game-changer.The material is thick and feels very durable, and the elastic seal around the arm is surprisingly snug without being uncomfortable. It stayed completely watertight, even after several showers. No leaks, no worries. I love that it’s reusable too—I’ve been using it daily for over a week now with no signs of wear. It’s super easy to put on with one hand (which was a huge concern for me), and it doesn’t slip around once it's on. Just make sure to follow the sizing guide to ensure a proper fit.

Works perfect
Used this for 3 months almost daily to shower and it has done the job of keeping my bandages and hand splint dry after finger surgery. This is not for submerging though in a bath or pool. I tested it in the bath prior to my surgery and it leaked only a bit. But with showering no prob keeping it dry. Tip: dry off the cover a bit before removing to prevent water from getting on your dressing/cast when you remove it. It was worth every penny and was a great value. For pools/hot tub I bought the Bloccs cover and it worked perfect for that though I wouldn’t want to shower with it as it’s bulky and tight. This cover has a neoprene band to keep the water out and is soft and comfortable. I had to start using it again yesterday because I cut my finger on the other hand badly and still works great!

Great for wound protection!
Just what we needed. My husband has several - the hand, foot and arm. The arm one is great to cover an IV port. And when he had an infection and then amputations on his toes, these were perfect for showers. I keep most in his hospital bag for when he needs to go, as he does not need them at home right now. He did not like the way the hospital covered the IV. I looked for something and found these. PERFECT. He can take a shower without getting things wet that he shouldn't get wet.

Perfect for hand/wrist protection
I had carpel tunnel surgery on both hands so I used this for a good long while and it was perfect! So easy to put on, kept water out, and fit my hand great.

Great for waterproofing, difficult to get on.
So it's a great product, however if you have a soft case or it wrapped, it's difficult to get on and off. If it's a hard cast it's perfect. Either way it's watertight and fits an adult hand up to my elbow.

It kept my bandages and stitches dry in the shower
I did not have a cast on my hand, but I did have stitches that were bandaged. I was told to keep them dry for a week. The Waterproof hand Cast Cover did that. I showered five times using it and my bandages stayed dry. When I removed the bandages and still had the stitches, I used it again an additional two times and it still keep the stitches dry.I do not know how many more times it will maintain the tight seal around my wrist. The last shower I took there was a little moisture inside which probably came through the neoprene seal. This last shower I had let the water run full force on the arm with the cover. I was more careful during the previous showers. I just decided that it was time to see if this could handle a fast-running direct shower stream and still keep me dry. It still kept my stitches dry but there were a few water droplets inside of the cover when I was done showering.Since I only had bandages and not a cast on during the initial showers, I needed help stretching the seal over the bandages. If I had tried to pull it on over my hand by myself the seal would have slid the bandage off of the stitches. That is the reason why I rated ease of use 4 stars and not 5.Once the bandage was removed, I could slide the cover over my hand without any help. It did not impact the stitches at all.I felt the price was great to keep my bandages and stitches dry. I will be saving it for any potential future use. I recommend this to anyone who needs to keep a cast or bandage dry while showering. I would not recommend it if you had to immerse the hand totally underwater for any length of time, but it worked great for keeping me dry in the shower.
