Yes they do. It is not an unconditional like Viortex, but it does have a lifetime warranty

Q: Does it have a rangefinder built in

No. The SLC's do not have a built in range finder. The EL's do, and the price reflects the added capability. Not sure how it impacts weight. Also not sure about the range of the EL's range finder.
