I wear a size 2 in kids even tho I’m 22. My foot is really skinny so my foot slid around a lot. I added a heel pad at the top to keep my foot in place and that seemed to work. The sole is a bit tough but since it’s flat I was able to wear them for my trip to mexico several nights in a row.
