Not much, but the xtra heavy (the last one) might be 1/1.25kg if you do squats. I only use them fr doin squats

Q: How many feets band can be stretched

Not very much-so say about a foot max on either side? The Pink set is tighter than the orange/peach set. So Pink set is best for people who are very slim or have slim legs/knees/thighs Orange peach is slightly looser. If one is a plus size,this is the wrong brand. You can then try another brand. Hope this helps!

The quality of the bands is nice and one of the best feature is we get 3 bands with different level of resistance. I actually got these resistance bands for working out at home. These bands allows you to do variety of exercise depending which body part you want to focus.
