I just started taking this product and I'm now on my 2nd bottle. The first couple of days I noticed increased energy. I'm 61 years old and felt it was time to start taking a multi-vitamin. I did my research and after reading the reviews chose this one. I have high cholesterol and could stand to lose 20lbs and have already started to notice a couple of pounds loss within a week... mostly because I'm doing more and being more active. I am finding it's easier to talk myself into going for a walk or going to my hydrofit class. I have already recommended this to my siblings and my friends. I will continue taking this product along with my other supplements. I like that it's all natural from vegetables and minerals. I'm doing this for my health.

So many vitamin supplements require 2 daily does of 2 pills each...just too much. Natural Factors has exactly what my doctor approves, in 1 daily pill. Yay!!! I've never had any side effects whatsoever either with this supplement. Highly recommend.

A holistic doctor recommended these as a good multivitamin. I'm breastfeeding and in my postpartum recovery and I've found them to have the perfect blend of what I need to keep my healthy and replenish all the nutrients I give during feeding. I will say (not sure if it's my ninja like smelling) these pills aren't pleasant in smell or taste but they are by far the best compilation of goods.
