I mainly use these when I forget to bring lunch to work, need a fast breakfast, hiking/camping, or before donating plasma for an easy low fat protein boost.Favorite Flavors:🔥 Super Cookie Crunch – My go-to! Really too sweet for me, but a handy way to carry some nutrition in the back pocket of your cycling jersey. Really, a peanut butter sandwich would be s better choice if it weren't a little messy.

Long time enjoyer here, I have been enjoying these bars for probably over 10 years now. The flavor is great! The macros are really good seeing it is a legit meal replacement. If you're trying to do a low/ no sugar diet, this probably isn't the one for you. But if you want something generally healthy and delicious, I like this one a lot!

At 400 calories and 30 grams of protein you expect these to fill you up quickly, but what I didn't expect was how great they taste in their own right, and in comparison to other protein bars there isn't much comparison at all. There is absolutely no chemical aftertaste here. If they weren't so heavy duty I'd want to eat them as regular snacks.

I like these protein bars and often buy them at our nearby grocery store but the Amazon price is much better and certainly very convenient.
