Probably the best
I'm not a super meat head muscle workout guy, but I went from being very active about my nutrition and macros and then had an accident which left me disabled so my needs changed. This fits different needs, but is still really really exceptional. If you're a gym rat just looking for *only* plain old bulk protein to take after workouts, or you reeeeeeallly take a lot of it, honestly I'd get a big giant tub of bulk powder from like muscle milk or optimum nutrition. The price is just too good to ignore, & plus you can add another scoop or two to double or triple the protein. You can't really beat it, other than taste.Speaking of taste, whether it's a pre-mix or powders, I've never, ever ever ever tasted a protein shake that tasted as good as this chocolate one. Dozens & dozens of brands over the decades, & the only one that comes close was the OG Muscle Milk recipe in the old tetra packs from like 15-20 years ago, before they were bought by Gatorade or whoever. This has NO right tasting as good as it does, with as little sugar, calories, & fat. PLUS having artificial sweeteners like stevia & sucralose. One reason I despise pre-made shakes, zero calorie & low sugar drinks is because I have a very strong detection of artificial sweeteners, but I can barely tell these are there. On top of that, 42 grams of protein in 14floz? I don't know what magic Fairlife did, but it's incredible. One thing I will say though, is if you're taking a protein drink for pretty much anything other than supplemental protein replacement, this doesn't offer too much else. The "vitamins & minerals" aren't too impressive, and though a high protein drink can make you feel full or satiated, calories & fat are important too. As stereotyped it is, something like Ensure has a really good blend of calories, fat, sugar, and a lot of vitamins. There is a reason it's used all over hospitals & nursing homes. Plus the Ensure "Plus" & "Complete" have 16g & 30g protein each, respectively. They don't taste as good as the Fairlife does, but they're actually not too bad, since they use actual sugar. However, those really are meant for convalescing & true meal replacement, not bulking & training. The only other downside is price really, at $40-45 for a 12 pack, these aren't cheap. However, when compared to a good alternative like optimum gold at about $25 for a 12 pack, you're getting almost double the protein in each drink from 24 to 42, and they're 14oz instead of 11oz, so you're getting 168oz compared to 132oz, which is like getting 3 more drinks worth. It's still a bit costly per bottle, as an Optimum Nutrition/Pure Protein/Premier Protein 11oz pre-made at $25 a 12pk will be a little over $2 each, & the Fairlife 12pk @ $45 is about $3.75 each. Still cheaper than if you went to pick one up at the gym or a gas station or something, a single would probably be $5-7, so there's value there in bulk. If it's worth it to you, that's up to your wallet.Another plus is they are SNAP/EBT eligible, so that's a massive W.If you take loads & loads & loads of protein every single day, and lugging a shaker with powder around isn't a problem, bulk powder is gonna be a LOT cheaper. However, if you only drink one every couple days, and don't want to deal with the blender/shaker hassle, and most importantly want the best tasting shake, this is it. This stuff is awesome, & I'll 1000% be trying the vanilla and strawberry as well. The chocolate is an easy 5 and worth trying.

Great, quick source of 46 g of protein!!
This protein drink taste great. There is no gritty feeling like with protein powders & there is no aftertaste. It just tastes like vanilla milk. It is a great way to get 45 g of protein. I use it to make pancakes, muffins, even put it in smoothies. You can put it on auto ship so you don’t have to worry about running out. It is a little bit more expensive than protein powder, but totally worth it for the convenience and the taste alone.

Excellent source of protein!
This shake has been so instrumental for my 70 lb weight loss. I have kept it off for 2 years. The amount of protein in this shake is perfect to keep you fuller, longer. The chocolate is great alone, while the vanilla works in iced coffee and shakes. Use in the ninja creami for a sweet protein packed treat! Healthy, convenient, smells and tastes great, not like a protein at all!

As a Bariactric patient, these are a great source of protein. Great taste, great texture, best on market. Just extremely expensive. Stopped my subscription due to cost

They taste amazing!!
These are by far my favorite protein shakes. They taste like chocolate milk. 42 grams of protein is a great amount. I take these on the go and one a morning to help me get my daily protein in. They smell just like chocolate, I believe they are very effective in getting your daily protein in. They hydrate as well as make you full.

Great Brand but Inconsistent Quality
There is an issue with consistency that I feel customers should be warned about. Beforehand, I saw that many of the one star reviews talked about there being white chunks in their shakes which tasted off and even sour. I had gotten the chocolate flavor of this brand from Amazon before, I also tried the vanilla flavor elsewhere, and had no issues with this. However, my first order of the strawberry flavor was different. It came in a bag instead of a box, and many of the shakes were dented and fell out of the plastic wrapped box. I opened one and, sure enough, there were white specks at the top. It wasn't expired, like some other buyers mentioned, so I gave it a try. I only got half-way through one bottle before I started feeling nauseous. The drink was also very chalky and had a medicinal aftertaste. This was my first time trying the strawberry flavor, but I decided not to drink any others from this batch. I contacted Amazon customer service who sent me a replacement order. It came today and I tried one bottle again. The shakes are really good and is consistent with my experience with the other flavors of the brand. It's practically indistinguishable from Nesquick Strawberry Milk. It should not be chalky or have an aftertaste. I don't think this is an issue with the production or brand. I can only guess there may be a storage issue concerning the inconsistent quality. A relative tried a bottle from the first order sent because they did not want them to go to waste and also said they had stomach issues after. I love the shakes, so I would give 5 stars, but playing roulette with getting a spoiled batch isn't the best experience. Still, I'm glad that I was able to get a replacement. So, if you see any sort of white specks or chunks in your shake, please be wary as they may be spoiled, regardless of the expiration date.

Best tasting high protein drink
For a little over a year now I've gone to a high protein, low net carb, extremely low sugar eating routine while also watching for calories, trans-fats and other undesirable contents. While I'm not watching things at the macro level, this is an excellent source of the things I want without the things I don't want. As an added bonus, the three flavors they offer are all delicious. My preference is vanilla, strawberry, chocolate in that order. These are perhaps a little pricier than some alternative options but they do seem to be the best bang for the buck and I added to "subscribe and save" which helps with cost while also being extremely convenient. I love that I can take these on the go.
