Would these work for smoothing the caulk joint between window trim and brick or siding?

That I couldn’t tell you, I never tried it. It worked fine for job I did - smoothing grout within my kitchen back splash.

What are the 4 size of the heads?

These sizes will give you an idea of the measurements 2-1/4" long x 3/4" wide, 2-1/2" long x 1-1/8" wide, 2-3/4" long x 1-1/2" wide and 3-1/4" long by 1-3/4" wide...the measurements are "close" because the shape is curved and I didn't think 1/16th of an inch would be a problem. I've used these for a number of projects and really like the smooth finish you can get and also the ease of cleanup!
