Great product, great for emergency use

Disappointed

Hi , I am so happy when I saw the product. Once I tried to fit the parts , I didn’t get the threaded(inside) pipe to joint the second shaft with paddle. Photo are attached. It’s quite disappointed. I think there is no any PDI inspection before picking.
