I've used this HRT cream for years and when it was unavailable I used other creams that didn't work as well. This has a great balance of progesterone and phytoestrogens, to keep hormones in check. I no longer get hot flashes or mood swings and credit this. The price keeps going up, which is a bit concerning as it's not cheap to begin with. I hope the manufacturer keeps pricing in check. There is no noticeable fragrance and it applies easily and quickly.

I’ve noticed that most reviews for this product are complaints about the pump dispenser not working. Here’s a quick fix: Turn the dispenser upside down and, using needle nosed or other small pliers, remove the bottom piece from the dispenser (you’ll see a seam around the bottom edge of the dispenser). Once the piece is removed (keeping the dispenser upside down), you will see a clear plastic piece with a hole in it up against the cream Inside the body of the dispenser. Simply push gently on that plastic piece to urge the cream further up into the pump part of the dispenser. Replace the bottom plastic piece and turn the dispenser right side up. The pump should now dispense the cream easily. This also works when the dispenser is almost out of cream and the pump will not pump out anymore but, you know there’s some cream still in there. This will help you get your moneys worth ☺️🤑!

This is a light lotion that is absorbed quickly. I love that it is fragrance free, and you can start off with using a little and then building up to the suggested dosage instead of pill for. It has been life-changing as far as my mood I never miss a day. I normally apply it to my forearms, thighs or stomach. I have been using it for 2 months now and I have not had any reaction which is great because I have sensitive skin.

Normally I use the Progestacare with Estriol, but it was out of stock so I ordered this. First of all, it's tan. It gets on my clothes. No where that I can see, in the listing or on the label, does it mention it is colored. Second, and I know everyone's hormones are different, it is not working for me at all. The formula with Estriol was so effective I could vary the amount I used, or how many times a day I used it, and control the intensity of my night sweats and hot flashes (if, say, it was the middle of winter, I didn't mind them so much). I might as well not be using this formula at all -- I feel like I'm about to combust.

Apparently, if you order this now, it’s in a tube instead of the pre-measured pump. I know other reviewers have said they had issues with their pumps but I never have and I been using this stuff for years. Nothing is perfect. I do not know how much to use other than just eyeballing it? The directions only say…. Apply once daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Dispense cream, in to palm of hand and rub onto chest, abdomen, inner arms, or thighs rotating areas each time. Like that still don’t tell me how much I need to put in my hand. Oh well, I guess I’ll figure it out. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The best, and I do mean THE BEST progesterone cream I've ever used. Hot flashes? No! Night sweats? Not me. Seriously, look no further and believe me when I tell you that this stuff is no joke! I cannot live without it. Ok. Well, I probably could, but it would be awfully miserable to do so. No more hot flashes for me. Oh! Un unh!! I use this combined daily with BiEstro Life-Flo. If you are going through early stages of menopause or suffering completely, you NEED this! It didn't change my life, but it changed the way I was feeling. You don't have to suffer. Please don't. This will help you but it doesn't work overnight. Like most medicinal treatments, you have to apply it daily and allow product to get into your system. Alternate applications from wrists, arms, abdomen, and inner thighs. After a few days, you'll feel normal again. Cream is not sticky or smelly. I've even used a tiny bit as a moisturizer and it's pretty amazing. I've been using these creams for two years. No problems, just results.

I'm 53 and have been struggling with hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep and mood swings for a couple of years. I tried Black cohosh and it worked for about a year then it stopped working (Black Cohosh made my sister gain weight). Then someone from BetterHealth recommended natural progesterone cream and that I read Dr. John R. Lee's book "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause". It has literally changed my life. Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings all gone. I sleep better and I feel calmer. I saw a decrease in intensity and duration of hot flashes & night sweats the 1st week of use; then a huge decrease in frequency the 2nd week; then a complete absence of symptoms the 3rd week. This may also help keep me looking younger longer and help prevent osteoporosis. Unless I learn otherwise, I plan to use this cream well into my 70's & 80's for its other benefits. I think every woman should read the book as well (although medical, it's very informative)

I decided to try this in order to not have to put on life flo progesterone and life flo bi-est as its a lot of lotion to put on everyday. Plus more expensive since I have to purchase 1 each. I've now used it for about 2 weeks which gave me enough time to see if my hotflashes would return beings this is phytoestrogens and not real estrogen. I am having no changes at all in my symptoms so this is working wonderfully. I have always stopped my progesterone for the first 5 days a month, so in this case on the third day I used a pump of my leftover estrogen because I was starting hotflashes again. I will have to see what I'm going to do once I'm out of estrogen, may just use this everyday and not do the 5 days off. When I first received this I noticed the cream was light tan so called customer support. All the other life flo creams I've ever got were white. They reassured me this is a normal color for this cream.
