Great support for your knees, get one for your heavy squats. Totally worth it.

Works Great
I hurt my knee back in March on a hang squat clean PR, I believe I did something to my ACL but I never went to get it checked out. I just took the necessary steps for recovery and modified a lot. My knee still isn't 100% and will still pop and gets a little sore, but with this knee sleeve I am able to finally front, and back squat heavy again, and just PR'd my Squat Clean the other day. It keeps my knee stable and alleviates any pain, I tried a 2 other cheap brands I found on here trying to save some money, both were horrible and I returned them both. Spend the extra money because the quality matters.

Use them multiple times per week for cross fit
I work out 5 or 6 days a week and I've always had a bad knee that flares up with a lot of overuse. Using the sleeve doesn't eliminate the pain or prevent it from happening, but it does help. As long as I am careful and wear the sleeves I'm able to do pretty much everything that I need to, generally just wear them for squats or lunges, but they provide excellent support and they are thin enough that I can still easily run in them or row in them if I have to.

Great Support for CrossFit Workouts
I was having some knee pain during some of my workouts, but these knee sleeves really help. I haven't had that pain since wearing them. The 5mm is a perfect thickness for my workouts. I think the thicker (7mm) sleeves work better for people doing heavy lifts. The 5mm is nice for a range of workouts. I liked these so much that I also bought a pair of the 3mm sleeves that I wear for running on trails.

Great support and comfortable with all movements
This is my 4th pair of Rehband knee sleeves. First time with the RX type and love them. Great for overall support and the compression is a key feature of these knee sleeves. Highly recommend.
