Herbal Essences bio:renew Potent Aloe + Hemp Shampoo and Conditioner Bundle

I love this shampoo and conditioner! I have been using it for over a year now and am not going to use anything else. It smells great and makes my hair so shiny! I color my hair dark and my hair is oily and this is the only shampoo and conditioner I have found that doesn't strip my color and make my hair feel weighed down. It also truly eliminates frizz without pulling out my natural waves which most frizz control shampoo and conditioners do. Also, both the shampoo and conditioner go a long way so I'm not having to buy it constantly. The only downside is the conditioner is thick so when you get to the end of the bottle, the pump won't work so you have to take the pump off and shake the condtioner out.

Loved the light vanilla and coconut scent that did NOT cause a headache. Our family is sensitive to harsh fragrance so very pleased with scent. My hair long looks shiny and feels soft. Bottles are large with easy pumps and the $ value is awesome. Performs like a salon product. I would recommend highly both shampoo and conditioner which I use together and plan to buy more.

I did a google search on shampoo and conditioner for very dry hair, because I color. I also did not want to spend a lot of money. This product came up a lot. I have used it and continue to buy it but to be honest it does not do anything special to my hair that the Tresume didn't do, which is what I used to use.I like the smell a lot so I will continue to use it and it does what shampoo and conditioner are supposed to do. So if you are looking for clean conditioned hair it will work for you especially if you like coconut smell but it is not a miracle product. I use Frutis sleek and shine on my hair after I wash and condition. It leaves my hair very soft and shiny. if this is the effect you are looking for I would recommend Fructis.

I was so excited for this shampoo because it said it was EWG verified. I even fact checked it BEFORE I bought it, and it was. Well, now it's listed as a 3-rating with FAIR data on EWG's website (see photo taken on 7/22/25). It's absolutely amazing shampoo, smells good, the whole nine... but I had to give it 4-stars because they are false advertising.

Only thing that would make this even better is having a reported amount of cbd mgs in it and the strength of it. I bet cbd helps alot with the moisturizing. I dont think the smell is bad, it smells great to me. In my opinion, it could use a tiny bit more of a hemp and aloe smell though. It does a great job of hydrating my hair, started using this when it looked like my hair was dying and it has turned around and decreased my hair aging some. I hope this product improves if it changes at all. Perhaps make a bluberry hemp scent? Aloe isn’t my favorite, but I love hemp and its benefits! I wouldnt change this version much, if at all.

Love the smell of this product. Love that it’s free of parabens and is overall a “better for you” product. However, I feel like my hair is never clean after using it. Like it never fully drys. It feels gross. Maybe there is too much moisturizing features in this product for my hair. My hair also doesn’t feel as soft as it does with other products both cheaper and more expensive. I’m also experiencing dandruff for the first time ever with this product. I really wanted this to be my go to product but I guess it’s not my my hair.I have medium-thick hair texture. Normal hair texture, not greasy or dry.
