Fantastic
As a first-time buyer of cast iron cookware, I wasn't sure whether or not I'd like it but it definitely sold me. Good value for what you get - both a Dutch oven and a lid that doubles as a frying pan. The pre seasoning layer was good, but I did supplement it with a few extra layers as advised by many online, which seems to work very well. It may seem a lot of work doing regular seasoning when you first buy it, but it's not too complicated and once you have a good layer built up over a few weeks it's good as non stick and you only have to season it infrequently. I've had mine for around a year now and haven't had to season it in a few months. The pot works great for bread baking as well as cooking things like stews, and the cast iron means you can slow cook with it in the oven. I regularly use the fry pan for searing meat, fried eggs, and even scrambled eggs with minimal trouble cleaning it. It certainly cooks much more evenly than non-stick/enamelled pans.Although I haven't tried the enamelled ones, I don't see the point when you have a pot like this - way more durable and as discussed as long as you put the initial seasoning work in it pays off on the long-run. Its durability also makes it well worth the price!

Great Product
I made my first sourdough loaf and what a difference this pot made. Fantastic. The pot is well made, easy to get in and out of the oven, albeit heavy but that's cast iron. Easy to remove and place lid as required. Seems great quality. It's not preseasoned, so you need to do that, but that worked fine. You can use the lid as a shallow pan, so multifunctional.High quality, well made product.

Good for the price with some optional prep work
I'm stuck between giving it 3* or 4*There was a tiny bit of pitting on the outside. The cast iron is super porous and quite light which means it's cheap cast iron but considering the cost it's not surprising.I decided to sand it down slightly on the inside. not much, just a couple of minutes by hand! I wasn't trying to make it smooth, otherwise the seasoning has trouble adhering. It's also totally optional, the porousness will go but it can take a long time if you aren't using the pan multiple times a day. It's cheap and is probably a good introduction to cast iron for someone who isn't sure, or to add to your collection as it will last a lifetime as long as you don't drop it on a rock or leave it to soak so it gets rusty, etc etc.I started writing this review thinking it was going to be 3* but now I think 4* just because even though it has issues. £30-£35 for a good enough pan that will last you your whole life if you look after it is actually a very good deal.

Bought this for my Kamado BBQ its absolutely perfect! fits in the rack perfectly.
I have recently bought a kamado bbq and really wanted a dutch oven to make some slow cooked chillis, stews and currys etc. The genuine kamado ones are around £75-100 so I was looking for an alternative to fit the divide and conquer system (due to being a tight yorkshireman). This fits my divide and conquer system on my Louisiana grills 24 kamado perfectly. it is very very well made and it will outlast the bbq. next job over the top chilli and a stew this week. I would highly recommend this item.I have noted that someone stated they had rust starting and it had entered their food. This is due to this being a proper cast iron pot, after every use simply clean with warm water and a sponge then heat up to dry for a few minutes then cover the pot with a light coat of oil. This is what they refer to in regards of seasoning, it's exactly the same as needed for my carbon steel wok etc. all part of the process of owning these sorts of pots and pans.I hope you found this review helpfulcheersShaun

Great all rounder
Have used this for sourdough bread baking, soups and stews, and used the lid as a frypan. Great product, great heat retention. The little silicon grips are a waste of time but would give the oven itself 5 stars.

Course texture
I'm not a fan of this brand of cast iron. The texture inside the pot and lid is course, so when I tried to wipe those areas dry with kitchen tissue, bits were getting stuck. The lid rusted as I was cooking a curry, and I didn't realise until afterwards. I think the lid of the pot will need to be seasoned in the oven a lot more before it can be used without rusting. Cast iron cookware can and will rust, but I have experience using Lodge cast iron that does not rust while I first used it and I didn't have to season Lodge cookware in the oven before first used, so I have less patience for this brand. I also prefer smoother texture, its a personal preference but I think the texture has an impact on how quickly it rusts.
