We use this as part of several supplements for increased energy, gut health, etc., and to help offset the fatigue that comes with daily medications. We also use Thorne for most of our supplements. We prefer not to have to shop in person for these, so it's helpful to have the subscription set up through Amazon and get a small discount on it, too!No stomach irritation (we always take it with food). Seems to be doing what it's supposed to!
