Bought this product a few weeks ago. The build quality is excellent. It has a great design and looks great while also heats up rapidly. The ease of use for various heating predetermined temperatures is incredible. This works like a charm!

Great kettle, looks nice, easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for precise temperature. Beeps when it's ready. Kettles just heat water faster. Coffee and tea taste nice and don't have to fret about the temperature. No leakage. Only have had it for a month but i can see it lasting for awhile.

It’s well made, not plastic. It heats quickly and the “done” bell isn’t annoying. Lots of options for different heat settings AND you can set it to keep things warm if you want. Auto Off feature is wonderful!! Plus it is cute as can be!

Switched from coffee to tea. Because of the balance of this item, it feels and functions really nicely. I can see how this appeals to most. Its elegant, lighweight, quick and easy to operate. I posed a question to group asking how the bluetooth app works since I didnt see any reviews addressing it. I didn't buy the kettle with BT, even though the responses were very favorable. The kettle is so easily friendly I dont really see the need to plan ahead to use it, but some might like the convenience. Basically, I heat, poor and remove cover to make sure all water is out and rest it back on the platform with lid resting ajar, while still hot, and it dries perfectly. Handling hot water can be tricky but this product makes it feel safe and comfy. Its a joy to use and great looking. I got the mat black.

Unplug the kettle and let it cool.2. Wipe the inside and base with a soft, damp cloth—avoid getting the underside socket wet.3. Dry completely after every use. Never immerse the kettle or base in water.🔹 Weekly Descaling:1. Unplug the kettle and pour out all water.2. Add ½ cup vinegar or squeeze in half a lemon.3. If needed, scrub with a non-scratch sponge.4. Add 2 cups of water, boil, and pour it out.5. Wipe away any scale and dry well.6. I bought a second kettle like the one I already have. I needed one at the office, as they want to charge 50 cents for old-fashioned glass pot low-quality coffee. Yuck! It works well, quickly and quietly. I brought the original kettle to the office. I have had this one for at least two years. It was a gift from my son who also has one in his kitchen. Why knock it down a star if I like it so much? Well, nothing's perfect. I accidentally scratched the paint off a spot on the lid with my fingernails when handling it casually. The other problem is its sensitivity to water on the buttons. If I get so much as a drip of water on a button, which can happen when I pour water from a bottle into the kettle, I can't just wipe it off and have it work. I try the power button and nothing. The device is now perfectly dry and won't turn on. The best quick fix is to unplug, count to five or so, and then plug it back in. This is very annoying.
