Q: Does this version come with the marking such as thrust levels, flap settings on the 6th axes? only asking as they are not in the pictures!

Yes the 6th slot does have flap markings - on the right if the slot it's marked 0 at the top then 1,2,3 and full at the bottom - on the left of the slot it's marked 0 degrees at the top then 1,2,5,10,15,25,30 ending in 40, the last detent has the words flap down.

Q: Do you need the yoke for this or are you able to use the throttle separate and have an external yoke

You don't need the yoke for this. I use this throttle with a saifek yoke. It's in dependant with its own USB cable

Yep, I have it working on both, though DCS really works best with a HOTAS system like the Warthog

reverse thrust works on large aircraft airbus a320 ect. setup in flight sim 2020. look on utube simhanger flight simulation he explanes how to setup reverse thrust should work with piston engine i think. hope this will help you.
