I looove the taste and consistency it dissolves well in my drink. It tastes good in literally anything I bake with it, and I usually put it in my coffee makes it very creamy and a true coconut taste. It has a long shelf life, and you can store the extra in the fridge for later. I don’t taste any sugar, so there is no sweetness into it which I like it. You can taste the organic content when you’re I didn’t get to your favorites!

This was exactly what I needed to mix up a duplicate of a mushroom chai mix that I love (but which was SO expensive...I made an almost perfect and equally delicious duplicate with this for a fraction of the cost!) It mixes perfectly, tastes great and I like knowing the quality of the source (I really like MicroIngredients products and the company's philosophy and charitable activities)

This organic coconut powdered milk is a good replacement for cow's milk. I use a fork to break it up in my coffee. Prices have increased recently so I have a cut back on my usage. Will monitor it in the future or look for a different product. Taste is good and works well for lactose intolance.

LOVE the taste, makes my coffee creamy! If the beverage is cold, it does clump a little, but this doesn't bother me

I was very excited when I received this because it was practically a Costco sized bag making it very much worth the cost. I bought this because I’d been using canned coconut milk that didn’t have gums in them. However that adds up in cost quickly. I thought this could be a cheaper alternative. This has a clean taste and it’s good in my morning coffee. It takes a little effort to mix in but if you have a frother, that will work perfectly.

I bought this product 8 times during 2020 and 2021 That is 16 pounds total of what I believed was just coconut milk powder. On the Amazon listing, in 2 places it says "Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder Organic" . ( period) . The bag says " keto friendly".Now, looking closer, l see that is simply NOT TRUE . The pic I attached shows the back of the bag saying " Ingredients: Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Maltodextrin". So that explains the unusually sweet taste! And that explains why I gained so much weight during that period.The nutrition label label is flat out wrong . If you look at the nutrition label Iabel in the pic, it says " total sugars : 0" and " total added sugars: 0" ! That is right next to where they tell you that the sugar maltodextrin is an added ingredient! This is serious flat out misinformation. Maltodextrin is added sugar. I feel deceived. The product is quite very sweet and almost candy-like to me. Maltodextrin is not super sweet, so I suspect there is quite a bit added . For all we know, there could be 10%, 20%, 30%, or more maltodextrin in this product. Maltodextrin is higher than cane sugar on the gycemIc index, yet it does not taste nearly as sweet. From Wikipedia : "maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose and may be either moderately sweet or almost flavorless".In no way is this this product "keto friendly"! No one could eat much of this "coconut milk" and follow a keto diet. It would take not much of this product to quickly throw your body out of ketosis. Maltodextrin has an even higher glycemic index (GI) than table sugar. This means that maltodextrin can cause a sharp increase, or spike, in people’s blood sugar shortly after they eat foods that contain it.I bought this originally because I loved the way it tastes and that it was supposedly healthy and I was unwell, and trying to heal. At that time I was recovering from a severe illness and was trying to eat as healthy as humanely possible. Also, my blood sugar metabolism was messed up, so i was trying to eat zero refIned sugars and only eat foods low on the glycemic index. I was also trying to reduce inflammation and keeping blood balanced helps .I always had lingering doubts about this coconut milk because it really seemed just too delicious and sweet to be only dried coconut milk like the ingredients said. But for 2 years, I ignored my doubts just because it tasted so good, plus on Amazon , the ingredients listed just said " coconut milk organic" and plus the bag says " keto friendly".Anyway, after ordering and eating 16lbs of the Micronutrients so-called Coconut milk" powder, I finally came to my senses and stopped ordering it because I could no longer ignore my intelligence ( and taste buds) screaming at me that this product is not what it claims to be!But only today, 2 years after I stopped buying this product, did I find out for sure that i was right about this product being not what it claims to be!Honestly, I feel deceived and and violated.

Soooo LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, this wonderful product!!!Flavor is out of this world whereas others are NOT!I make a milk drink with it each night and it is so near the wonderful raw milk that I was raised on that I have craved to have a great glass of ice cold raw milk, but, none for many years. Then I took a chance on this product and couldn't believe the flavor! It is soooo great in my hot, Chicory Latte', also, Chicory has no problem with Oxalates causing Oxalate Poisoning, as does coffee if it's drank in large amounts, plus, Chicory is a great digestive aid. This wonderful Coconut Milk does NOT have any additives as are in other coconut milk, called creamers. But, it is just like wonderful cream! None others are like it!If Coconut Water is added, being in my 80's and my finger tips tend to wrinkle when I wake in the morning, but, when I add Coconut Water to this Coconut Milk Powder, as Bruce Fife writes in his Coconut Water book, it hydrates the body cells better than having hospital IVs. It does! No more wrinkled finger tips which makes it hard to draw blood for a blood sugar test.I found "Nutricost Organic Coconut Water" to be very good! I used another product, buying it in a large amount, thinking it was cheaper. Not only did it only TASTE LIKE PLAIN DRINKING water, I discovered that it's only in the name that it has "organic"! The product IS NOT organic and discovered Amazon WON'T honor it's return, though in the description regarding the product, it can be returned "for any reason". I wrote a disappointed review about the product.

A great coconut milk powder at a great value. I've purchased this on numerous occasions as its great to make an instant creamer for traveling that is dairy free. I've also used this in many recipes that call for milk powder with great success. Will continue to purchase.
