The customer service is not adequate! The lack of instructions even when scanning the QR code is nonexistent! Would not purchase from this company again. I only gave them a one because you had to.

Works good. Needs better instructions on setup and install. Website was iffy at best. Could use a better compass to set it up.

I ordered this product to be delivered overnight. It cost me $250 plus the $175 for the satellite dish!! There were no instructions with it & we never got it to work!!! I expected an overnight delivery fee but never $250!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

The description clearly says..."INCLUDED: SLIMLINE DISH, 3ft TRIPOD, SWM SL3 LNBF, 21V POWER SUPPLY, SWM SPLITTER, 50ft & 9ft RG6 CABLE, 1 FLAT CABLE."The kit I received is not a Directv Slimline Dish...it is labled Dish HD Network. There was no Power Supply or SWM Splitter.Also, the LNB is obviously not new. It has the appearance of one that has previously been exposed to the elements for awhile.The Phat Satellite website is down and I can't even find a phone number to call about returning it.There was not even basic instructions on how to assemble and hook it up. Unless you are experienced at this type of installation, you will have to find someone else to do it for you.Very disappointing since I was counting on having it for a week long camping trip we are about to take.

I bought same thing from another company, worked for a couple of weeks. Dead now. I ordered this one, heavier duty, nicer tripod. Set it up in about 10 minutes, tied it to ground with some bungee cords, used my meter to aim dish. Very nice, works and I’m a happy RV camper. I would definitely refer a friend to this dish.

Installing a satellite dish is not a complicated job but good instructions are always nice to have. This also does say it needs a power booster installed to work with my receiver, but it does. After a little work and reading on the web, it is now working fine for us.

Ordered what was advertised as an RV portable dish for our RV. I assumed it would be a smaller version of our home Direct TV dish. It turned out to be the same size and maybe larger. We didn't even take it out of the box knowing it would not work for us. Tried to return it but was told I would have to pay the shipping to return. It cost $106 to mail it back to the company.

Only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is there weren't any instructions in the box. Made it kind of a PITA but I managed.
