BEST gluten free ramen noodle
These are really great gluten-free ramen noodles. It’s hard to find a good gluten-free noodle and this one I can’t even tell it’s gluten-free and that’s a big plus if you are celiac or gluten sensitive I liked them so much I went back and subscribe so I am never without my ramen noodles.

Healthy & Tasty
I like my noodles ala'dente. The instructions say to cook the noodles for 7 minutes, it made the noodles very mushy & it stuck together like a lump. I tried them again, I cooked the noodles for 5.5 minutes & it held the ramen noodles shape & Wasn't mushy.I removed the noodles from the water & placed them in another container & added my toppings. The noodles are very dainty & thin. It's healthy & tasty. Not hearty, but need to cook 2 package portions to compare with a normal size ramen noodles package.Great size for watching portion control.

Great millet pasta
My Chinese medicine practitioner insisted that I should eat more millet, and in an effort to avoid blood sugar spikes, I gave this a go. If you're a single person making small portions of pasta at a time, this is perfect. The portions seem really small when you look at each pack of noodles, but they puff up a lot when you cook them. The package says to boil it for 8 minutes, but if you're going to cook these noodles in a pasta sauce, I would pull them 1-2 min earlier, reserve the pasta water for the sauce, and cook the sauce and pasta together. If it gums up in a clump, add a bit of pasta water.

A Delicious and Healthy Ramen Alternative!
Big Green Organic Millet Ramen is a fantastic gluten-free option that’s perfect for anyone looking to avoid wheat and rice. The texture is great—firm but tender—and it cooks up quickly without becoming too soft. I love that it’s also lectin-free, non-GMO, and vegan, making it a versatile and nutritious meal base.Whether you're making a quick ramen dish or adding it to soups, the mild flavor pairs well with just about anything. It’s a wonderful alternative to traditional ramen noodles and works great for anyone with dietary restrictions. Highly recommend!

Product itself gets 5 stars, minus 2 for inaccurate description and deceptive listing
For the ramen itself: it’s great, great taste and good texture, slightly less firm that normal ramen. It’s very starchy so I do recommend preparing broth separately and discarding the water you prepare the ramen in.Now on to the product listing and pricing: I originally purchased the one 5 pack for $8. I liked them so when I purchased again, purchased the three packs option for $24, so should have received three 5 packs. Instead I received one large 12 pack. So I received 3 less than I expected that I paid for. If you look at the sellers reviews, you’ll see this has happened multiple times, so the way they are listing the purchase options is inaccurate and deceptive. Moral of the story, if you want to buy more than one 5 pack, just increase the quantity rather than buying the bulk option. Otherwise, you’re getting ripped off.

Manufactured in China
I found the product data to be misleading. All info points to the company as CA-based, which leads the buyer to think the product is made in USA. When I dug deeper, I found the product is manufactured in China. Organic? Really? I’ll spend my money on a US organic company
