I have several medical conditions, that propels me to eat only certain foods. Millets are the only grain that suits me. So I am always hunting for best products. This is one of THE BEST pasta I ever had. If you check out their store, they are always running out of their products. That should tell you something! Go for it. Once you taste it, it will change your world for sure.

I’m on a lectin free diet - this pasta not only worked for the diet - but, is very good.

This is pure millet pasta. Other pastas that say they are millet are actually more rice flour than anything else. And this tastes so much better. You don't need to cook it as long as it says, and I'd rinse it once it's finished. Keep the water at a good, rapid boil and stir it for the first few minutes, so that it doesn't clump. Wish the price wasn't quite so high, but that 's for everything nowadays. I've used it in soups (put in raw and let the liquid soak in overnight) and regular pastas.

Gundry approved no lectin pasta. It even tastes good!

Disliked: I wish I had picked up on "product of China" on the box first... Liked: It was decent.

We’re are trying to go lectin free and this is a great option when you’re hungry for pasta. I didn’t notice any difference in taste or texture! This is the first alternate to typical pasta that I have enjoyed.

First time to try a different grain other than wheat to avoid gluten. I became bloated. It cooked the same like regular spaghetti though. It was packaged very well also. Will not buy again. Some people may can tolerate these noodles made from millet flour.

Delicious, I like trying new types of pasta. Big Green Organic Pasta delivers a wonderfully delicious pasta, my husband liked it also! Will definitely buy more. Try it you will like it, take a few bites and you’ll eat more.
