Just what I was looking for I do band work for my shoulder

I dislocated my should a while back. In doing therapy I was told I would need to do resistance training to rebuild the muscles in my shoulder. Brough this product and it's the length and strength. Recommend this to anyone that needs any kind of resistance training.

These replaced tubing I got from the physical therapist.They work. The length is fine. The only issue was that the instructions for a knot (to make a loop) that came with them will slip/tighten when I use as directed. Simple fix: I use a different knot.The tubing received is made for two different resistance levels (black and blue). In my case, either one works fine so there has been no waste.

It works as advertised and does not break. That is all you can expect from exercise tubing. And they offer various resistances.

My PT recommended this brand to continue my exercises at home. These are great! Be mindful that handles may be worth it to additionally purchase since some people may find gripping just the tubes or wrapping the tubes around their hand uncomfortable.

Works fine and does what it's supposed to do. I was first introduced to Thera-Band doing physical therapy, and they're great--very durable compared to other similar products. Two more pro's for this particular brand are that they come as a plain tube--no attached handles, etc. to limit their usefulness--and that Thera-Band provides a wide range of specific resistance levels that the user can easily meet his or her specific need.

I have a bit of muscle atrophy in my shoulder after an arm injury. I was hoping just to use weight stacks to help but because the shoulder has to move freely through 3D space, free weights and Theraband are my best option. I cannot take free weights everywhere but Theraband goes anywhere. It's better than free weights anyway because free weights only pull toward the Earth. Theraband pulls in whatever direction you want. This gets complicated when there are seemingly thousands of shoulder positions and just as many directions to attach the Theraband for physical therapy purposes. Thank you to all who manufacture and distribute Theraband. The elastomer does evaporate out over the years and the Theraband breaks but the price of the product is reasonable for a product that lasts a few years.

My wife wanted these as she needed a bit more resistance. Her old red and green bands were the result of rehab. These are perfect, right length and tension. Looped the ends to create hand grips with no worry of one popping off. Only complaint is the price. Way too much for two pieces of tubing.
