Nice
This Siren takes some cranking but it works very well, and matter of fact is quite loud. Would be useful for just a close by neighborhood to alert them of weather and what not.

Loud, but not too loud
My son wanted a hand-crank siren for his birthday. I am pleased with this product. It makes noise, but itβs not too loud. Definitely loud enough to not use in the house, not loud enough to draw neighbor complaints.Would appreciate this item at a lower price. πEnjoy!!

Not as loud as you think it would be for 80 dollars
Hard to crank and not even close to loud enough. We got this for when our youth football team runs out. I gave it 4 stars because its still pretty cool!

Not as loud as advertised; requires a tremendous amount of effort to crank
So first of all it works, but it's not loud at all. It's not even close to the 110db that is advertised. Secondly, it takes a ton of physical effort to crank the handle in order to produce a decently loud sound. I'm a fit male and get tired out after about 1 minute of cranking. You basically have to crank it at full speed to get sound louder than PC speakers on max. It's really not worth the money. Get an air horn or electric siren instead.

Perfect
This siren is perfect for my intended use. No, it will not replace your local tornado siren, but it is a great portable noise maker. I bought it to let the works, or at least the surrounding fields and neighborhoods, know that my daughter or one of her softball teammates hit a bomb.

Air raid siren
Wow what an excellent air raid siren, the sound level can be adjusted for a high and low setting. Very happy with it, but don't use it too long outside, your neighbors might run for shelter ππ
