Great Compact Knife
I needed a new knife after I accidentally left my kershaw speed cryo in my carry on. Couldn’t miss the flight obviously so with the TSA it stayed. This size has been great for my fanny pack, and pocket carry. Good clip, easy to open and fantastic ergonomics. The handle has a nice, grippy texture, blade has been sharp and holds an edge well after tackling boxes, kindling, apples, rope, etc.My first spyderco product, but I’m very pleased with it as a budget friendly offering and will likely order one of their more premium offerings in the near future!

Perfect size for EDC, well built, sharp knive
I have another Spyderco with serrated blade, but somewhat large for an EDC. This knive is the perfect size. I like the solid feel of this knive. It is well made with a smooth action on opening.

High quality
it is so much more wicked than you think dude. it's heavy, or maybe it just seems heavy, absolutely seamless in every way. it's possibly the most solid knife ive ever seen, and i dont mean because it's steel. even the clip is extremely high-quality, though it's super tight and steadfast, it still slides easily onto whatever you clip it to. i'm sure you read everything about it, but, this is a 9.5" knife! it's a monster. an inch and a half longer than the Cuda. there is NO room for wobbling, and i get the feeling that's not just because it's a new knife. i really mean solid, man. ergonomically, it has a generous length handle that fits real nice and even leaves some room at the bottom for striking, if that situation ever occurred. when you open it, it clicks into place with a thunking click like no other knife ive used, not like a looser steely clack feel. i mean, this is put together like a steel puzzle that's been welded together when it's opened and immediately unwelds when you close it. the thumb thing (i forget what it's called)comes way out for stability. and the blade is beautiful. the edge is very sharp! it's a formidable knife in every way. i can't stop messing with it. you can rest assured that it is worth the money you paid!

Good Utility Knife
I am not used to carrying a knife so am having to get used to opening and closing it. Closing it will need some work on. It’s very sturdy. Overall I’m happy with it.

Quality Knife!
Spyderco is a great brand! I already own a few of them! I got the stainless steel handle model as a gift! The great thing about this model is I was able to have the stainless steel handle engraved to add a personal touch to the gift!
