Q: Can most grown men fit their whole hand inside of this bottle?

NO Most grown women can't fit their whole hand inside this bottle. We use bottle brushes, or dishwashers. I use the libman dish sponge & soap dispenser sold on Amazon which works well. I wouldn't fill it with dish soap if you are taking it backpacking or camping, tho.

Q: Will it break if I drive over it with my car?

Possibly, though it depends on the weight of the car and whether or not the container is filled with liquid. Some of these Nalgene bottles (depends on the color you buy) are made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene) which is EXTREMELY durable and does not crack. I bought the glow-in-the-dark one 3 years ago (which was made of HDPE) and even though it has been through hell and back again, it's doesn't show any signs of damage. I expect to get a good 10 more years out of it, if not more.

They handle being dropped onto hard surfaces just fine and they're not near as slippery as other bottles. We fill them half way with filtered water and put them in the freezer. The next morning, we fill the bottle completely, and the water stays cold for hours.

Yes, I've carried mine through TSA frequently.
