Squirrel proof?
I buy too much stuff on Amazon to regularly review things but I thought I'd share another use of this item. My squirrels have developed an irritating habit of dropping feeders off the hooks I've put on tree branches so I started to use wire to secure the feeders. However, it's a nightmare unwinding wire to get a feeder down and rewinding to put the feeders back in some of the gales we have. I had a big think and decided to try these carabiners and, blow me, they're terrific! If the squirrel works out how to unclip these from a branch I'm a monkey's auntie!!! Plus they should be pretty weather proof for a while.

Very good.
Easy to use, lightweight carabiner clips that we use on our rucksacks for hiking, bushcraft and wild camping. I've not put any heavy loads on these clips as they are used as a safety backup to ensure equipment doesn't get lost or blown away whilst out in forests or up a hill.

Nice Clip
These are nice clips, a bit on the large side but sturdy. In my case just what I was looking for.In my opinion they are a tad expensive.I only gave 4*, which is top marks from me, as nothing is perfect. but so good I actually ordered another set.

Great for a backpack
Bought these to attach to my backpack as I regularly cycle to go shopping - I bought these in order to attach bike locks/ chains etc so that I can create more room in my bag for shopping. They work really well. Big enough to hook onto lots of things and really sturdy. Highly recommendedz

Good quality carabiner, sturdy and secure
These are good quality and feel sturdy, and although not rated for climbing they are rated to hold a fat bloke on a hammock so should be good for general purpose use.They are very light, but strong and certainly good enough for attaching even quite heavy items to a rucksack or belt.
