Great product
Bought for my brother who carries weights in a rucksack. Has made it a less painful exercise.

Not impressed
I bought a pair Vision III shoulder pads just over a year ago and they were delivered fully assembled. However, my girlfriend ordered me a pair of these Vision I pads and they came completely unassembled and no instructions of how to put them together! Plus I'm not even sure everything is there to have a full set!
