I had purchased this product because of the healing properties it had. I'm going thru perimenapause. So, joint issues, insomnia, fatigue, inflammation and sugar levels. I mainly use it in my shakes and teas. I heard that it can be added to soups. So far in a week, I've noticed curbed appetite, joint pain has eased up, I'm actually sleeping well, I have some energy. It us extremely potent. Meaning, if u use too much, you will start to feel dizzy. So, I had to learn that a little goes a long way. I drink it twice a day (morning & night). Mornings so I can feel good as I work, ar night so that my legs and joints will be relaxed so that I can sleep. And I keeps me from snacking. Oh, drink tons of water too it keeps u regular.

Use this for my hair products and it really help my oils. I will be ordering again

I have not tried it yet for I some Moringa leaf to finish BUT it smells like MORINGA Supposed to smell. Many herbs bought in store can’t smell it for there’s no scent and no taste. I also drink this as a tea to Boost my Immune System on the regular…….Small 1 quart pot and put a PINCH in it bring to a slight boil 10 minutes and let it steep. I also love to put a CINNAMON STICK i love to put it in the hot/ cold seal tight cup or pitcher to sit over night in the fridge. I drink 2 cups per day. I don’t need any sugar for the CINNAMON overtake the flavor and so Delicious. This doesn’t interact with any of my medications for I Drink this at a different time than I take the meds later with water. I hope this helps someone
