I have lots of small brown seed shaped insects that have no visible legs and and have extremely small antennas. Are these fruit fly pupa?

If they are stuck to the sides of the container then yes they are, when mine arrived it only had a few flies inside but then the pupae arrived on the sides and I had lots more flies, this is well worth the money
