Q: What country are the mushrooms sourced from?

I don't believe the previous answer that says USA is correct. It says on the label "Made and quality tested in the USA using globally sourced ingredients." This product is much, much cheaper than organic, USA grown mushrooms so I believe the correct answer would be China.

Q: What is the polysaccharide count? I'm comparing brands, and finding very few list that besides Host Defense.

This is on the label. A polysaccharide is a carbohydrate. There is less than 1 gram.

Q: Mine did not come with a scoop. How should I do

The scoop is fairly small, so it is probably buried under the powder. However, just in case it's 0.4 tsp.

Q: If i put this in my coffee, would i taste that it's in my coffee?

Yes, but it’s not real strong. I usually add it to the last 1/4 cup as I finish my coffee.
