Dimensions are smaller than described. I measured a bunch of what I received and the material thickness is only 1mm. Dimensions are 4.5mm long, 4mm ID, 6 mm OD. They stretch to something less than 2cm long using needle-nose pliers and I can just barely force them around a cylinder of 11mm in diameter. They are extremely fragile when used this way.I was looking for something to mark audio cables with. These are way too dainty for that purpose. They are probably okay for thin handled dental scalers or skinny pencils, but not for anything larger. I won’t be purchasing these again.

Most of the bands would break placing on instruments.Not very stretchy and somewhat small in size

They don't fit well on thicker handles instruments... It was extremely hard to get them on and they stretched so much I don't think they will last long. They will work great on small handled instruments.
