Life saver!
I decided to change out my builder grade hinges with satin nickel hinges to match my satin nickel door handles and locks. While changing out a top hinge on a heavy door, I noticed that the screws used to hold the hinge in place were extra-long. When I was done changing out the hinge, the screws just spun, and the hinge just wiggled. Because of weight of the door, I did not trust the golf tee method to fix the issue and did not know what to do. Went on Amazon and found these beauties. Installed these and the hinge is now solidly in place. Installation was a breeze and could not expect a better result. At first, I was hesitant because of the price but I did not want to risk using the alternatives due to the door's weight. Also, veteran owned and made in the USA is a bonus.

Incredible Invention - Worth The Money
The media could not be loaded. My wooden doors kept constantly falling off their hinges. I have tried filling the holes with epoxy and using wood anchors but they still weren’t closing properly and not secure. I came across this product and wow! It’s basically a wood anchor on steroids. It’s a four step process:1. Remove the old door screws at the hinge.2. Drill exactly three inches with the bit provided. Tape off the bit at the three inch mark at the base and proceed to drill keeping it level. Take your time and still consistently on the slowest setting.3. Remove wood dust from the hole and begin to screw in the anchors with the torx bit and a hand screwdriver. Do not use power tools for this part! Ensure the anchors are flush with the door.4. Line up the hinge plate with the anchor holes and begin to screw in the screws with a screwdriver and Philips bit. After that the installation is complete and your door should be on its hinges and closing properly. It’s a bit in the pricey side for 12-pack but it’s a solid and permanent solution. This is very impressive and a lot of sturdier than using plastic wood anchors. I used those previously and they weren’t as good. Refer to my pictures in this review.

Fix Problems with a Rubbing Door
Is your old door rubbing on the door frame and sticking as you open or close the door? Often this is caused when the hinge screws become loose and start pulling away from the door jam. (Most often it is the top hinge.) I was skeptical of this product working, but it did! I did not need to remove the door; instead, I just removed the loose screws from the top hinge (only the screws in the door jam, not the door), used this product to create new screw mounts in the door jam, and reattached the hinge, pulling them in and fixing the rubbing problem. I did this for 3 interior doors, only replacing the 3 screws in the top hinge of each, and it fixed the problem on all of them.Pro/con: This product contains everything you need except for a drill. This includes screws, a drill bit, a Phillips head bit, and a Torx head bit. The con is that because of these "extras," it is a little pricey. I have my own drill bits and would have preferred a cheaper option without these extra bits.

Worked great on old hollow core door.
Based on other reviews I guessed that these would work pretty good on a door frame. I was a little skeptical that they would work on the old hollow core doors. They did! They were easy to use and those holes will NEVER strip out again. I've tried other remedies and nothing else works like these. Forget glue and shoving sticks in the holes. That really doesn't work. Gave 4 stars because I think they shouldn't be this expensive.

Game Changer For Old Doors!
I have an old house with doors that have clearly been abused over the years—hinges worn down, doors sagging, and I honestly thought there was no hope of getting them fixed without a major overhaul. That was until I found this door hinge repair kit.The installation was straightforward and the instructions were clear, even for someone like me who’s not a professional. The quality of the materials was impressive, and the kit came with everything I needed to get my doors back in action. After using this, my doors are functioning smoothly again, and they feel as secure as ever. It saved me a ton of time and money compared to replacing the entire door or calling in a pro.If you’re dealing with old, abused doors like I was, this kit is a lifesaver. Highly recommend! Always a huge fan of veteran owned too

Easiest viable repair for sripped door hinge screw holes
This product is stellar. By far the easiest and best repair for stripped hinge screw holes. I repaired the jamb side hinge holes on a heavy solid wooden door between the house and garage. There had been numerous repair attempts on these hinges, at least one by me and more by previous owners, larger screws, inserts of various kinds, etc. nothing worked long term. 8 of the 12 screws finally let go so bad they just fell out. Checked around on the internet for something and came across this product. Everything you need is right in the kit. You just furnish the drill. The inserts are long enough (3") that they go past the door frame and into structural wood that the door frame is mounted to, an excellent design. My door did not have actual structural wood behind 4 of the 8 screw holes I repair due to what I consider poor installation of the door at the time of build, but the inserts bit into the door frame and seem to be holding well. Hint: Due to many repair attempts, the existing screw holes were not straight, you want the insert to be perpendicular to the jab/door. Use the half hinge as a guide when drilling the pilot holes with a drill bit that is slightly smaller than the mounting holes on the hinge plate. Hold the hinge plate tight in the mounting pocket of the wood and drill 3" deep. The hinge plate trick keeps the drill bit from "walking" and following the damaged screw holes. Now drill with the 5/16" bit provided 3" deep and the bit will follow the pilot hole and be straight. These kits are a little expensive, but a lot cheaper than spending $1000.00 plus to replace a door and it's frame and the hardware is top quality, made in the USA, not some cheap imported junk.
