First mirror arrived smashed. Contacted seller who replaced the mirror right away and a new one arrived the next day. Quality of mirror is great I’m so happy with it. Customer service was fantastic and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I was sceptical whilst ordering as I’d seen bad reviews on other mirrors like this, but I had no need to be worried, it arrived very quickly, well packaged and nothing was damaged or broken. I set it up to try it before wrapping it for Xmas, it amazed me, it is absolutely stunning and looks so much better than the pics, the settings, the size and look of it is beautiful, I am incredibly happy with it, my daughter will love this on her dressing table. If your looking for a mirror that’s extra special and looks very expensive then get one, you will not be disappointed 😍

Arrived with damaged box and mirror smashed to pieces . Very disappointed as was a Xmas present for my daughter . Refund could take weeks due to me hving to return through post office at my expense !! Terrible service will not use this company again .

Brilliant mirror. So pleased with it. Lovely to be able to charge phone too. Magnifying mirror could do with being a bit stronger. I'm old so.......... love it tho
