They work really well, i often wear them to bed and have no issues with them staying on all night whilst i sleep. They reduce redness and swelling so well.You get a lot in the pack too, so its great value for money.Since using these, ive noticed clearer skin, so im very happy.

'Heavy duty' is an absolute JOKE!
Bought because marketed as 'heavy duty' overnight patches. They're smaller than a thumbnail and thinner than day patches. And you only get 24! Waste of money.

doesn’t work
i’ve used other patches before and these ones don’t work. i had clean dry skin and put the patch on the spot overnight and nothing came out of my skin like the other ones i have used. disappointed
