Easy to make
So easy to make and a great substitute for homemade confectioners custard, I used 100gms of the powder to 250mls of water and once the custard was cold and set I folded in a heaped tablespoon of whipped double cream for extra creaminess. It made a lovely and generous amount of filling for a sponge cake which I then topped with raspberry jam and dessicated coconut. Definitely on my list to keep in the store cupboard.

I will buy more, but add a bit of vanilla flavour next time. Easy to use and sets great. Better than expected

Excellent product for cold custard
Would be way better if there were detailed instructions for making the crème especially if you want to make smaller batches of cold custard. Just a thought for the future.

This stuff is the cheap and nasty flavour you get in budget bakeries. Horrible Will never buy again.
