this is the sky & cloud design , visually very cheerful indeed. Pops right up and is rigid and strong. not so big as to protect all of you in a gusting rain, but great for regular, and then the push of the button "half-collapses" it so you can quickly enter your car, or doorway. One must then manually , firmly, push the top towards the handle to complete the closing (a firm click signals lockdown). One little oddity - the open/close button has up and down arrows on it - I misunderstood and thought somehow one had to push on the "UP" arrow side of the button to open, and the bottom "down"arrow side of the same button to close. No, no - just firmly push the button for either function, in the center. ( I feel sort of dumb here, but still....) Fine umbrella, and I appreciate the little case to protect it from wear when the weather is fair (the umbrella stays mostly in the car) Good buy, and am very satisfied with the design and quality of the umbrella.

Works well, can be hard to pull umbrella down to lock, but otherwise good quality

I have a few auto open umbrellas, but you have to close them manually. Now, that’s not really all that hard, but when it’s pouring down and you’re trying to get in the car without getting soaked, auto close is an awesome feature. I did subtract one star because it is difficult to collapse the rod. I love the print, and the price point was great! It’s just the right size to keep in my car or drop in my bag.

The auto open feature scares you the first time you open it. Works well. Folding it back takes some effort. It explains why it pops open so forcefully. Have not used it in the rain yet but due to its build, I suspect it will do well.

This umbrella was very pretty and I really liked it. It works ok for a light rain with no wind. When I read the information on the umbrella it stated that it would not turn inside out. Unfortunately that was not the case. The first rainy, windy day I used it the umbrella turned inside out. It was easy to pop back but wasn't helpful at the time of the rain. Also It is very hard to shut. I got in my car to put it down and I got wet just trying to get it all the way down. I will use it but not as happy with it as I was hoping to be.

We ordered this umbrella to take on a cruise. It fits neatly and easily in a standard suitcase or carry on bag. It’s small but substantial and doesn’t flip around in the rain and wind. Really a great buy and perfect for travel or under the front seat of a car!
