It works

my knee hurt really bad. someone I know told me to take this supplement. I had therapy for my knee while taking this supplement. after 2 months my knee finely stopped hurting. I don't know which helped my knee or if both did. I plan to keep taking the supplement unless the price goes up more even more. I have ordered it 2 times in about 1 1/2 months. the second time the price had risen over $ 5.00.

My chiropractor recommended Boswellia for tendonitis. I wasn't sure how effective it would be, and in my experience the effect seems to be cumulative, so you might not notice the pain relief after a day, but after a couple of days I really noticed a difference! I am able to move more freely with little to no pain - unless I do something dumb! My chiropractor said that I could try Curcumin or Boswellia, but that in his experience Boswellia was more effective. I hope this helps someone!

I understood when I purchased this product that pain relief would likely not be instantaneous. It hasn't been, but I do notice relief in my joints. I like that this is an ayurvedic product, as ayurvedic treatments have a long history in India - and other parts of the world. I have reordered, so that should say something about how it's working.
