Great tasting B12 gummy vitamins that will put a little extra pep in your step. They have helped with my hair shedding and made my nails grow quickly. They are a typical gummy texture and I enjoy adding them to my supplement routine.

Like the title said, easy to take, but they are gummies and were hard. Not rock hard but not chewy. When you say gummies, there needs to be a little chew to them - IMO. Hence 4 stars. The taste was good, they boosted the B12, just a little too hard

Quality taste, have switched over from my other normal purchase location but value for money better cost, the vitamin content is exactly the same that I've been using only a lesser mg one that was perfect hair , nails skin benefits have been wonderful so I'll continue to take it and up the mlgI'll update again after a month

We love this easy to chew vitamin b12 chewy. It tastes great and melts in your mouth. The flavor is fun and goes with the flavor. We have used this vitamin for awhile because of the good taste!
